Monday, 24th June 2024 -- Cambridge Summer Cocktail at the British Ambassador's Residence

The Cambridge Society of Belgium cordially invites members and their guests to a Summer Cocktail at the British Ambassador's Residence at 17 rue Ducale, 1000 Brussels.

Chloe Louter (Girton), Deputy Ambassador of the UK to Belgium, will be hosting us in the beautiful library and courtyard of the Residence, from 6:30pm.

Light refreshments and drinks will be served.

Carriages at 8:30pm.

Dress code: Cocktail dress for ladies, blazers or lounge suits for gentlemen.

Tickets should be purchased by Saturday 18^th June.

Practical details

Doors will open at 6:30pm sharp. For security reasons, the Residence requires the list of attendees in advance; upon registration, please provide your full name (and that of any guest) as they are shown on your passport or ID card, which must be presented at the gate.

Members of the Cambridge and Oxford Societies can purchase tickets for themselves and maximum one guest at €30 per person.

Since places are limited, priority is given to fully-paid / full members and their spouses/partners and tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis.

Please confirm your attendance by registering here and making your payment to the Cambridge Society bank account (BE26 0689 0251 7329 in the name of "Cambridge Society of Belgium”) mentioning "Summer Cocktail 2024", your name and that of your guest, if any, by Tuesday 18^th June.

Your participation is confirmed once your payment has been received and accepted.
